Recognized quality acorn shoulder ham obtained from the foreleg of the Alentejano Black Pig, revealing an intense, cured, and persistent aroma. 

Each piece is a perfect example where the combination of natural unctuousness, derived from the fat, and the natural curing process results in a marbled appearance with ruby and brilliant tones.

This acorn shoulder ham has a slightly salty and subtly acidic flavour, very much to Portuguese taste.
