The "Pure Alentejo" is a complete and generous hamper, designed for true lovers of traditional products, featuring black pork, full-flavoured cheeses and convent sweets that taste of home and tradition.
The culinary focus of this hamper is its black pork charcuterie – a blood sausage and a Traditional Chouriço, both intense, aromatic and succulent in texture, joined by the irresistible black pork crackling, perfect for snacking and sharing.
Alongside them are two legendary cheeses from the Alentejo: cured goat's cheese, with its deep flavour, and Serpa DOP cheese, soft and creamy, ideal for savouring slowly, in the true Alentejo style.
The sweet side of this feast is well represented by a delicate extra fig and walnut preserve, rich and full-bodied, honey and coconut biscuits, reminiscent of traditional oven-baked sweets, and rosemary honey from the Serra de Portel, with a delicate floral aroma, perfect for finishing off cheeses or sweetening bread and toast.
To complete the platter, we've included Alentejo bread toasts with garlic and coriander, thin and crunchy, and a preserve of Cordovil olives with salt, oregano and bay leaf, bringing the authentic flavour of the Alentejo's woodlands and country picnics to the table.
