Vidigueira DOC Red Wine
Closely blended, these grape varieties invite you to discover Vidigueira. Garnet colour, complex and intense aromas of red fruits, vanilla and dried fruit. Full-bodied on the palate, with hints of coffee and spices. Long, persistent finish.
The grape varieties that give this wine its distinctive character are Trincadeira, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet.
Vinification - Fermentation in stainless steel vats with gentle pump-overs and
controlled temperature of 26º/27º.
The personality of this Alentejo red wine makes it extremely versatileegastronomic experienceomical. E an excellent accompaniment to a Sunday barbecue, or even a good taBlack pork cheese and cured meat platter. Try it!
