Intimately intertwined, the grape varieties invite you to discover Vidigueira. Garnet in color, with a complex and intense aroma of red fruits, vanilla, and dried fruits. On the palate, it is full-bodied with hints of coffee and spices. Long and persistent finish.
The grape varieties that contribute to the unique character of this wine are Trincadeira, Aragonez, and Alicante Bouschet.
Winemaking - Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with gentle pump-overs and
controlled temperature of 26º/27º.
The personality of this Alentejo red wine allows for a wide range of gastronomic possibilities . It 's an excellent accompaniment to a Sunday barbecue, or even a good platter of cheeses and black pork sausage. Try it!
