Vidigueira Syrah DOC

One of the world’s best-known grape varieties, it reaches its full splendour in the Alentejo. You’re in for a treat!

Deep violet in colour. Aromas of woodland fruits with notes of mint. On the palate, it shows great complexity, with hints of dark chocolate and vanilla, and a long, fresh, very persistent finish.

This wine’s complexity is surprising! Its woodland fruit aromas and mint notes make it a perfect match for a good Serpa cheese. If you’re not a fan of cheese, buy a good piece of veal and try the pairing. You won’t be disappointed!

Open the bottle 30 minutes beforehand and let it rest in a temperature-controlled place away from light. You’ll find this brings out greater aromatic complexity and makes the wine stand out during the meal.

Serve at: 18-20ºC
