As they say, "The Alicante Bouschet grape variety isn't Portuguese, but it's from Alentejo!" Deep and very concentrated color. Aroma of black fruit with notes of cocoa and some smokiness; on the palate it is full-bodied, fresh, and aromatic with well-ripened tannins, a long and persistent finish.
