Vidigueira 65 Years Old White Wine 2024

Vidigueira 65 Years White 2024 is a DOC Alentejo – Vidigueira Sub-Region wine, made from the Antão Vaz and Roupeiro grape varieties. It represents a limited edition of 2,020 bottles that celebrates the legacy and expertise of the Vidigueira Winery.

Tasting Notes

• Color: Greenish-yellow.
• Aroma: Exuberant, with tropical fruits, tangerine peel and marked minerality.
• Mouth: Wide, unctuous, fresh and with a long finish.

Winemaking

Night harvest, destemming, and crushing, followed by skin maceration for 4 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 17°C for 10 days. Aging for 6 months in cement vats on fine lees with bâtonnage .

Service & Harmonizations

• Serving Temperature: 9°C – 10°C
• Pairs well with: seafood, grilled fish, Mediterranean salads and mild cheeses.
