Vidigueira 65 Years White Wine 2024

Vidigueira 65 Anos Branco 2024 is a DOC Alentejo wine from the Vidigueira sub-region, made from the Antão Vaz and Roupeiro grape varieties. This limited edition of 2 020 bottles celebrates the heritage and expertise of Adega de Vidigueira.

Tasting Notes

• Colour: Greenish-yellow.
• Aroma: Exuberant, with tropical fruit, tangerine peel and pronounced minerality.
• Palate: Full-bodied, rich, fresh and with a long finish.

Winemaking

Night harvesting, destemming and crushing, followed by 4 hours of skin maceration. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 17 °C for 10 days. Aged for 6 months in a cement tank on fine lees with bâtonnage.

Serving & Pairing

• Serving Temperature: 9 °C – 10 °C
• Pairs with: shellfish, grilled fish, Mediterranean salads and mild cheeses.
