DESCRIPTION
Made from 100% free-range Black Pork, cured in humidity- and temperature-controlled chambers, followed by low-temperature smoking.
1. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork (Origin: EU) (94,5%), water, salt, red pepper paste, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate), spices, lactose, sugar, dextrose, natural flavouring, colouring: (carminic acid). On the surface of the Fuet: Penicillium spores, thickener: (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), carried on dextrose and corn starch. Fuet, stuffed in natural casing.
