Serpa PDO cheese from Queijaria Guilherme, made with carefully selected sheep's milk from the Serpa region, certified and numbered.

It has a straw-yellow colour, a semi-soft, buttery texture, and a thin, pliable rind. It is wrapped in a cloth band that helps it keep its shape.

For the best tasting experience, remove from the fridge and leave at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
