Product Description:

Serpa DOP Cheese - Lunchbox - 200g

 Serpa DOP from Queijaria Guilherme is a superior quality cheese that has won numerous awards. It is produced from selected sheep's milk from the Sergipe region, and is certified DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) and numbered.

Straw yellow in color, with a semi-soft, buttery paste and a thin, pliable rind, the result of a shorter curing time, which gives it a unique flavor. It is always presented wrapped in a strip of fabric to maintain its circular shape.

It should be at room temperature for more than 30 minutes before being tasted.

It can be eaten in slices or as a tapa, preferably accompanied by a quality Alentejo red wine.
