Cured Sheep's Cheese - Premium Reserve - Preserved in Olive Oil - 180g

Produced from selected sheep's milk, this cheese is aged through a careful curing process, to which we add fine virgin olive oil, resulting in an Alentejo cheese of intense flavor and superior quality. It has a firm consistency and a yellowish color, and being preserved in olive oil prolongs its shelf life, while also acquiring the aroma of traditional Alentejo olive oil, for a new combination of flavors.

It pairs well with aged, full-bodied red wines.
