Aged Goat Cheese - Premium Reserve - Preserved in Olive Oil - 180g Jar

Produced from selected goat's milk, this is an aged cheese using a careful curing process, to which we add fine virgin olive oil, to obtain an Alentejo cheese of intense flavor and superior quality.
It has an intense flavor with a slight hint of salt and spices, typical of an excellent Alentejo goat cheese. Preserved in olive oil, it allows for extended shelf life and absorbs the aromas of an excellent Alentejo olive oil, enhancing new flavors.
