Rosemary Heath Honey Jar - Serra de Portel - 250g 

The characteristics of our honey are determined by the varied, typically Mediterranean flora found in the hills, giving it a unique quality. Our hives are located in a large non-agricultural area, free from pesticides and plant protection products, as well as industrial or urban pollution.

In terms of woodland, Serra de Portel is dominated by montado, with holm oak and cork oak as the main tree species. This ecosystem supports a varied, spontaneous, typically wild Mediterranean flora, dominated by rosemary heath and rockrose, among other plants rich in nectar and pollen, which give our products their distinctive characteristics.
