SEL’s “queen,” the Paiola is a premium product, a companion to Lombo. A cut from the “presa do cachaço” of free-range black pork.
1. DESCRIPTION
Obtained from pork, subjected to a curing process in chambers with controlled humidity and temperature, followed by low-temperature smoking.
2. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork (Origin: EU) (92%), water, salt, red pepper paste, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate), spices. Stuffed into an artificial casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
