SEL's White Pork Painho is made from pork, subjected to a curing process in humidity and temperature-controlled chambers, followed by low-temperature smoking.

INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS Pork (Origin: EU) (91%), water, red pepper paste, salt, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
