Made from carefully selected meats, SEL's Black Pork Painho from the countryside is a cured sausage with a distinctive, mildly salty flavour. With its orange marbled appearance and strong, lingering aroma, it is firm and very juicy.
1. DESCRIPTION
Made from pork, subjected to a curing process in humidity- and temperature-controlled chambers, followed by smoking at low temperatures.
2. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork (Origin: EU) (93%), water, red pepper paste, salt, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak firewood. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
