Obtained from pork, subjected to a curing process in humidity and temperature-controlled chambers, followed by smoking at low temperatures. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

Pork (Origin: EU) (93%), water, salt, garlic (3%), preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
