With a strong and peculiar aroma, Morcela (Black Pudding) is a very tender and succulent piece, with white fat inclusions well-embedded in the almost black meat masses. It is characterized by its intense and long-lasting flavour.
1. DESCRIPTION
Obtained from pork meat and blood, subjected to a curing process in humidity and temperature-controlled chambers, followed by smoking at low temperatures.

Pork (Origin: EU) (90%), blood, pepper paste, salt, wine, garlic, water, (preservatives: sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), spices, (antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
