With a strong and distinctive aroma, this blood sausage is very tender and juicy, with visible inclusions of white fat well blended into the almost black meat mixture. It is known for its intense, long-lasting flavour.
1. DESCRIPTION
Produced from pork and blood, subjected to a curing process in chambers with controlled humidity and temperature, followed by smoking at low temperatures.

Pork (Origin: EU) (90%), blood, pepper paste, salt, wine, garlic, water, (preservatives: sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), spices, (antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
