SEL's White Pork Black Pudding is made from pork and blood, subjected to a curing process in humidity and temperature-controlled chambers, followed by smoking at low temperatures.
1. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork fat (Origin: EU) (90%), blood, pepper paste, salt, garlic, wine, water, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), spices, antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
