Product Description:

It has an intense garnet color, floral and black fruit aromas well blended with some spicy notes, smooth tannins and good acidity which allows it to have great longevity.

Vinified using the traditional maceration process in stainless steel vats with automatic foot presses, fermentation temperatures around 26°C.
Aged 12 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.

It pairs well with meat dishes, such as black pork secreto with migas and lamb stew.
