A SEL Free-Range Black Pork Farinheira Sausage is made from free-range black pork, which, after seasoning, is matured in a temperature- and humidity-controlled environment, followed by smoking at low temperatures.

Made from pork, subjected to a curing process in humidity- and temperature-controlled chambers, followed by smoking at low temperatures.
2. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork fat (Origin: EU) (47%), wheat flour (gluten), water, red pepper paste, salt, garlic and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood. May contain traces of soy due to wheat storage, but no soy is added. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
