Comendador Leonel Cameirinha Grande Reserva 2018

Dark, deep garnet-colored wine. Expressive nose with notes of plum and pepper.
Black pepper, truffles, and tobacco in a complex and spicy whole.
On the palate, it displays great concentration and structure, suggesting many years of aging in the bottle.

Vinified using the traditional maceration process in stainless steel vats with automatic foot presses, fermentation temperatures around 26°C.
Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.

It pairs well with meat dishes, such as black pork secreto with migas and lamb stew.
