Aromas of white fruit and citrus balanced with nuances of fermentation wood and
Stage. On the palate it is captivating with vibrant acidity and a long finish.

Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks, followed by partial fermentation and a 9-day aging process.
Aged for months in French oak barrels. Aged for 6 months on fine lees.

It should be served at a temperature of 11°C to 12°C, accompanying fish and seafood dishes.
