Syrah and Alicante produced in the fertile soils of Beja contrast in a concentrated profile where notes of black pepper and plum integrate with the toasty aromas of oak barrels. On the palate it is long and very smooth.
Winemaking using the traditional maceration process in stainless steel vats with automatic foot presses, fermentation temperatures around 26ºC.
Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels and subsequently aged in the bottle.
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC, accompanying meat and cheese dishes.
