Smaller in diameter than paio sausage, this sausage replicates the flavor of our linguiça but in a more refined way, as it undergoes a more complex manufacturing and smoking process. It is therefore prepared with pork seasoned with locally produced paprika and various spices, placed inside thin, natural casings that are then tied. These sausages are separated and hung individually and vertically in the smoker for much longer than others, allowing them to acquire a more intense flavor.

The ideal accompaniment is bread, sliced ​​thinly.

After receiving the product at your home, you should remove it from the packaging and store it in a cool, dry place.
