Product Description:

Sausage

Sausage is a sausage made with pork seasoned with locally grown peppers and various spices, stuffed into thin, natural casings, which are then tied at 30–40-centimeter intervals. These sausages are separated and shaped into circles. They are then hung individually in the smoker, where they take on a horseshoe shape and a unique aroma, color, and flavor when ready.

For those outside of Alentejo, this product is better known as "Chouriço." However, chouriço, which we also produce, is essentially distinguished by the use of blood in its production, giving it a dark color and strong flavor.

It can be served raw or roasted and is also often used in stews. The characteristics of our sausage will give your stew a unique flavor.

After receiving the product at your home, you must remove it from the packaging and store it in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: Pork, bell pepper noodles, garlic noodles, salt, spices, E-250, E-301, E-450, E451, E-452, E-621. Contains colorings and preservatives.
