Alentejo Vinegar Sausage - White Pork - 250g

Chorizo ​​is a sausage made with pork meat and blood, salt, and spices, to which two distinct types of seasoning are added. Red wine is added to chorizo ​​de vinho, while vinegar is added to chorizo ​​de vinagre.

With an intense flavor, whether of vinegar or wine, this type of product is commonly used in the preparation of stews and other dishes, giving them a unique flavor that can only be achieved with a product of this quality.

You'll be delighted if you add this sausage to your broad beans.

The entire preparation is placed inside thin, natural casings, which are then tied at intervals of 30–40 centimeters. These sausages are separated and given a circular shape. They are then hung individually in the smoker, and when ready, they take on a horseshoe shape.

After receiving the product at your home, you should remove it from the packaging and store it in a cool, dry place.
