EA Red Reserve 2023 – Alentejo Regional Wine

EA Tinto Reserva 2023 is a Vinho Regional Alentejano from Fundação Eugénio de Almeida, made with Trincadeira, Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah grapes from vineyards planted in granite soil.

Winemaking

The grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at 24–27 °C. Part of the blend is aged in oak for six months before blending, filtration and bottling.
