Product Description:

Intensely colored wine, with a complex aroma featuring notes of black fruit, graphite, and tobacco. On the palate, it is structured and tannic, with great balance and freshness. 

Fermentation in stainless steel lagares with foot treading, at a fermentation temperature of 26ºC. 
Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

It should be served at 16ºC to 18ºC, alongside cured meats, black pork pluma, and buttery cheeses.
