Obtained from rigorously selected meats, SEL's Country-style Black Pork Painho is a sausage with a distinctive flavour and low salt content. With an orange-marbled appearance and a strong, persistent aroma, it is firm and very juicy.
1. DESCRIPTION
Obtained from pork, subjected to a curing process in chambers with controlled humidity and temperature, followed by smoking at low temperatures.
2. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork (Origin: EU) (93%), water, red pepper paste, salt, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed into natural casing. Smoked with holm oak firewood. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
