Winemaking: Produced from the Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, Castelão, Touriga Nacional and Syrah grape varieties. After automatic grape sorting, cold maceration takes place for 4 days, followed by fermentation by separate grape variety in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. All winemaking processes are carried out by gravity to better preserve the quality of the grapes.

Serving temperature: 16ºC to 18ºC
