Harvest: The 2025 viticultural year once again showed how challenging the climate can be. Between a very rainy winter and spring and a summer marked by heatwaves above 40ºC for several days, the growing cycle progressed with intensity and contrast, supported by careful vineyard management in a year of high downy mildew pressure. Final production was lower, particularly among the white grape varieties, but this lower yield resulted in more intense, expressive fruit with great authenticity, accurately reflecting the terroir and identity of a resilient Alentejo.

Winemaking: Destemmed grapes, lightly crushed, followed by gentle pressing. Classic clarification by settling. Fermentation exclusively in stainless steel tanks, with the grape varieties vinified separately. No malolactic fermentation was carried out.

Ageing: In stainless steel tanks for 6 months.

Serving temperature: 8º to 10ºC

Tasting note: A young, light wine with a citrus character, fresh, with floral and slightly vegetal nuances. Fruity and light on the palate, supported by balanced acidity and volume that reinforce the sensation of freshness, revealing itself as very smooth and ideal for relaxed drinking.
