Product Description:

It has an intense garnet colour, floral aromas and black fruit flavours well integrated with some spicy notes, soft tannins and good acidity, giving it great ageing potential.

Vinified using the traditional skin-contact process in stainless steel lagares with automatic treading mechanisms, at fermentation temperatures of around 26°C.
Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.

Pairs well with meat dishes, such as Iberian pork secreto with migas and lamb stew.
