Winemaking: Harvested with parcel-by-parcel selection of smaller bunches with thicker skins from the Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet varieties. Fermentation in small vats, with gentle extraction through individual mechanical treading, interrupted by the addition of 77% grape spirit, preserving the freshness and natural concentration of the grapes. Aged for 8 years in used French oak vats and barrels.
