Vinification: Harvesting with parcel-by-parcel selection of smaller bunches with thick skins from the Aragonez, Touriga Nacional and Alicante Bouschet varieties. Fermentation in small vats, with individual mechanical treading for gentle extraction, interrupted by the addition of 77% grape spirit, preserving the natural freshness and concentration of the grapes. Remains in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.

Ageing: 6 years in used French oak barrels.
