Vidigueira Red Wine DOC
Closely intertwined, these varieties invite you to discover Vidigueira. Garnet color, complex and intense aromas of red fruits, vanilla, and dried fruits. Full-bodied on the palate, with nuances of coffee and spices. Long, lingering finish.
The grape varieties that contribute to this wine’s distinctive character are Trincadeira, Aragonez, and Alicante Bouschet.
Winemaking – Fermentation in stainless steel vats with gentle pump-overs and
controlled temperature of 26º/27º.
The character of this Alentejo red gives it tremendous versatilityência gastronómica. É an excellent accompaniment for a Sunday barbecue, or even a good táboard of black pork cheeses and cured meats. Try it!
