The "Pure Alentejo" is a complete and generous hamper, designed for true lovers of traditional products, featuring acorn-fed black pork, characterful cheeses, and convent-style sweets that taste of home and tradition.
The gastronomic highlight of this hamper is the black pork cured meats – a Blood Sausage and a Traditional Chouriço, both intense, aromatic, and succulent in texture, joined by the irresistible black pork crackling, perfect for nibbling and sharing.
Alongside them are two legendary Alentejo cheeses: the Matured Goat's Cheese, with a deep flavor, and Serpa DOP Cheese, soft and creamy, ideal for savoring slowly, in the true Alentejo style.
The sweet component of this feast is well represented by a delicate Extra Fig and Walnut Preserve, rich and indulgent; Honey and Coconut Biscuits, reminiscent of traditional oven-baked sweets; and Rosemary Honey from the Serra de Portel, with a delicate floral aroma, perfect for finishing cheeses or sweetening bread and toast.
