Made from rigorously selected meats, SEL Country-style Black Iberian Pork Sausage is a cured sausage with a distinctive, mildly salted flavor. With a marbled orange appearance and a strong, persistent aroma, it is firm and very juicy.

Obtained from pork, subjected to a curing process in chambers with controlled humidity and temperature, followed by smoking at low temperatures.
2. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork (Origin: EU) (93%), water, pepper paste, salt, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
