Pork (Origin: EU) (93%), water, salt, garlic (3%), preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed into natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
