Product Description:

It has an intense garnet color, floral and black-fruit aromas well integrated with subtle spicy notes, smooth tannins, and good acidity, giving it great longevity.

Made using the traditional skin-contact fermentation process in stainless-steel lagares with automatic plungers, at fermentation temperatures of around 26°C.
Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.

Pairs well with meat dishes, such as Iberian pork secreto with migas and lamb stew.
