DESCRIPTION
Made from 100% free-range Black Pork, subjected to a curing process in chambers with controlled humidity and temperature, followed by smoking at low temperatures.
1. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork (Origin: EU) (94.5%), water, salt, pepper paste, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate), spices, lactose, sugar, dextrose, natural flavoring, coloring: (carminic acid). On the surface of the Fuet: Penicillium spores, thickener: (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), supported by dextrose and corn starch. Fuet, stuffed in natural casing.
