Flower Pollen - Serra de Portel - 220g

Pollen is a natural product collected by bees from the male parts of flowers, to which they add glandular secretions.
The different pollen grains are enriched with enzymes and agglutinated by the bees, which add a little nectar to them. They are subsequently transported to the hives, where they are used by younger bees (nurse bees) as protein- and vitamin-rich food for developing larvae.

Suggestion: It can be consumed in its natural form, with milk, tea, yogurt, or honey.
