The “Senhor” of SEL is a premium product and one of SEL’s oldest. Made from selected, properly minced meats, with a strong and persistent aroma, it showcases traditional Alentejo seasonings, which are added to the meat after mincing.
1. DESCRIPTION
Made from pork, subjected to a curing process in chambers with controlled humidity and temperature, followed by smoking at low temperatures.
2. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork (Origin: EU) (92%), water, pepper paste, salt, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
