With a strong and distinctive aroma, Morcela is a very tender and succulent product, with an appearance of white fat inclusions well enveloped by almost black meat masses. It is characterised by its intense and long-lasting flavour.
1. DESCRIPTION
Obtained from pork and blood, subjected to a curing process in chambers with controlled humidity and temperature, followed by smoking at low temperatures.
2. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork (Origin: EU) (90%), blood, pepper paste, salt, wine, garlic, water, (preservatives: sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), spices, (antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
