The Farinheira de Porco Preto de Campo by SEL is produced from free-range Iberian pork, which, after seasoning, undergoes a curing process in a controlled temperature and humidity environment, followed by smoking at low temperatures.

Obtained from pork, subjected to a curing process in chambers with controlled humidity and temperature, followed by smoking at low temperatures.
2. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork fat (Origin: EU) (47%), Wheat flour (Gluten), water, pepper paste, salt, garlic and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood. May contain traces of soy, due to wheat storage, but no soy is added. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
