"Puro Alentejo" Gourmet Hamper - 12 products
The "Puro Alentejo" is a complete and generous hamper, designed for true connoisseurs of traditional products, with an emphasis on Iberian pork, characterful cheeses, and conventual sweets that taste of home and tradition.
The gastronomic highlight of this hamper comes from the Iberian pork sausages – a Morcela and a Traditional Chouriço, both intense, aromatic, and with a succulent texture, joined by the irresistible Iberian pork crackling, perfect for snacking and sharing.
Alongside them are two legendary Alentejo cheeses: the Cured Goat Cheese, with a deep flavour, and the Serpa PDO Cheese, soft and creamy, ideal to be savoured slowly, in the true Alentejo style.
The sweet component of this feast is well represented by a delicate Extra Fig Jam with Walnut, rich and enveloping, the Honey and Coconut Biscuits, reminiscent of traditional oven-baked sweets, and the Rosemary Honey from Serra de Portel, with a mild floral aroma, perfect for finishing cheeses or sweetening bread and toast.
To complete the platter, we include Alentejo Bread Toasts with Garlic and Coriander, thin and crispy, and a preserve of Cordovil Olives with Salt, Oregano and Bay Leaf, which bring the authentic taste of the montado (cork oak forest) and country picnics to the table.
