Obtained from pork, subjected to a curing process in humidity and temperature-controlled chambers followed by smoking at low temperatures.

Pork (Origin: EU) (91%), water, salt, red pepper paste, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
