Product Description:

Grape varieties: Antão Vaz, Arinto and Perrum

Tasting note: A perfect combination of the three grape varieties reveals the essence of Vidigueira, its knowledge and flavours. Citrine colour, intense tropical fruit aromas, with notes of vanilla and a slight mineral character. Fresh and balanced on the palate, with a long and persistent finish.

Serve at: 10-12º C.

The intense tropical fruit aromas, with notes of vanilla and a slight mineral character, create a wealth of pairings for this wine. Indulge yourself! Pair it with sushi, boiled prawns accompanied by homemade garlic mayonnaise, or even salt-baked sea bass! Its balanced aromas make these and many other pairings possible!
