Rosemary Honey Jar - Serra de Portel - 250g 

The characteristics of our honey are determined by the varied, typically Mediterranean flora found in the hills, giving it a unique quality. Our beehives are located in a vast non-agricultural area, free from the use of pesticides and plant protection products, as well as industrial or urban pollution.

In terms of forest vegetation, Serra de Portel is dominated by the montado ecosystem, where holm oak and cork oak prevail. It is therefore within this ecosystem that a spontaneous and varied flora develops, typically wild and Mediterranean in character, with rosemary and rockrose predominating, among others. This flora is rich in nectar and pollen, responsible for the characteristics of our products.
