Black Pork Loin Sausage - Whole - 1.2kg - SE011

Whole Black Pork Loin Sausage - 1.2 kg

A cured sausage made from one of the finest cuts of black pork (the loin), shaped into a cylinder. When sliced, it reveals lean, uniform meat with a small amount of intramuscular fat, making it a true delicacy of black pork. Tender and juicy on the palate, it also releases typically Alentejan flavours. The perfect choice for slicing and savouring at the end of the afternoon, accompanied by a good Alentejan red wine.
