Product Description:

Grape varieties: Aragonez, Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Castelão

Soil type: Granite

Analytical data: Alcohol (%) – 12.5 Total acidity (g/l) – 6.4 pH – 3.32 Total sugars (g/l) – 0.9

Winemaking: Produced from the Aragonez, Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Castelão grape varieties. Hand-harvested, followed by cooling the grapes to 12ºC. Direct pressing of “whole bunches”, with low-pressure must selected for exclusive fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged on fine lees for 6 months.

Serving temperature: 8ºC to 10ºC
