Product Description:

It has an intense garnet colour, floral aromas and aromas of black fruit, well balanced with some spicy notes, soft tannins and good acidity, giving it excellent ageing potential.

Made using the traditional maceration process in stainless steel lagares with automatic treading, at fermentation temperatures of around 26°C.
Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.

Pairs well with meat dishes, such as Iberian pork secrets with migas and lamb stew.
